All aboard the Midnight Express!
Featuring a 2 layer hat band. We have used a vintage red/gold stretch velvet fabric as the base for this hat. Over the top we have used a faux leather band that features a brushed silver concho and semi-precious stone beading.
The feathers used for this hat are a mixture of Rooster and Pheasant.
